Subject: Shazza's coming to Oz

Hi Cecilia,
We are so excited that you have your visa to come to Oz. Of course, WE always knew that you will be a great asset and a great resident here, but are most relieved that the Immigration department saw the light!
I do hope your parents are comfortable with your plans, you must persuade them to visit you here, so they can see for themselves what a wonderful country with plenty of opportunities we have. In the meanwhile, tell them that I will be your surrogate "Mum"!
Andy says you must come by May 2007, so that is very exciting too,

I helgen måste jag ta mod till mig och berätta för mamma och pappa om visumet. Drar mig för det eftersom jag vet att de kommer att bli så sorgsna... Men jag måste berätta, alla andra vet ju...
